Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Sales Operations Specialist to support our Retail Sales team in Sunnyvale, CA. This is an entry-level position focused on sales operations, order management, and retail project execution.
What You Will Do
Support day-to-day retail sales projects, manage and track customer orders, deliveries, inventory, and related operational activities, and identify execution issues.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 0–2 years of experience in Sales Operations, Project Coordination, Order Management, Supply Chain, Retail, or a related field preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong ownership and ability to follow projects through completion
- Comfortable working with numbers, Excel, spreadsheets, and business data
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Bilingual in English and Chinese (Mandarin) strongly preferred
Benefits
- Annual Salary: $65,000 – $75,000
