The Senior Account Manager will lead complex renewals and day-to-day servicing for a $1.5–$3.0M book and partner with Account Executives/Producers to deliver a high-quality client experience. The role requires 7+ years of commercial insurance experience, advanced technical proficiency, and strong communication and judgment skills.
Requirements
- 7+ years of commercial insurance experience
- Advanced Industries and/or specialty experience
- Ability to run multiple complex renewals at once
- Strong communication and judgment
- Ability to build trusted client and underwriter relationships
- Advanced commercial lines technical proficiency
- Proficiency in AMS/Epic (or similar)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Active state property & casualty insurance license
- ARM, CPCU, and/or other relevant specialty designations (completed or in progress)
