Role Overview

Manage and lead sales activities in Vietnam to ensure sales deliverables and net revenue vs annual targets. Develop plans to improve customer service, logistics cost, and market/competition information. Develop long-term sales/marketing plans.

What You Will Do

Develop sales, logistics, and marketing strategy. Handle sales activities with current clients, find and validate new clients, manage customer services, ensure price, quality, and delivery triangle. Analyze sales and report, develop new products, work with Imerys International, ensure debt collection, and manage sales team.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate has experience in sales/marketing, processing, and product operations. They should have extensive management experience, fluently speak English, and have knowledge of the industry, trade law, and technical knowledge of CaCO3, processing.

Requirements

  • Graduated from Universities in Economics, Trade, Foreign Trade, Marketing, Chemical, etc…
  • Experience in Sales/Marketing, processing and product operations
  • Extensive management experience
  • Fluently in English
  • Knowledge of the Industry
  • To understand usage and technical knowledge of CaCO3, processing
  • Knowledge of Trade Vietnamese & International Law
  • Ability to develop innovative & feasible strategy
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Good organizing/presentation/listening skills
