Role Overview
The Power Sales Manager for the Americas is responsible for leading and expanding commercial sales activities for IMI power solutions and services across North America. This role combines leadership, relationship management, technical knowledge, and strategic vision to drive business growth in the power sector. The position requires expertise in power industry trends, regulatory frameworks, and the competitive landscape of energy markets in the Americas.
What You Will Do
Develop and implement sales strategies and business plans that deliver sales and revenue growth and market penetration within the power sector across the Americas. Lead the commercial sales cycle from opportunity identification, customer engagement, and proposal development to contract negotiation and closure.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, or a related technical field (advanced degree preferred)
- 7+ years of sales, business development, or commercial leadership experience in the power power, energy, or infrastructure sector
- Demonstrated ability to manage multi-functional teams and lead complex negotiation processes with high-level stakeholders
- Strong knowledge of power industry trends, regulatory requirements, and customer procurement practices in the Americas
- Proven CRM and opportunity management skills (e.g., Salesforce), with analytical proficiency to drive decisions on sales strategies
