Role Overview

Join In-N-Out Burger’s I.T. department as a full-time Data Engineer III in Irvine, CA. Collaborate with data integration, development, and business intelligence teams to support reporting and analytics. Design, build, and maintain data architectures, integrations, and pipelines.

What You Will Do

Design and develop data architectures, integrations, and pipelines. Partner with analytics teams and business stakeholders to deliver curated datasets. Engineer scalable data pipelines and API integrations. Monitor data quality and performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Analytics, or related fields
  • Minimum 5+ years’ experience in a Data Engineering role
  • Strong experience with enterprise relational database platforms (Oracle strongly preferred)
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and Python
  • Experience working with relational databases and large-scale data sets
  • Ability to analyze complex data issues and troubleshoot data discrepancies
  • Strong understanding of ETL/ELT processes and data integration best practices
