Role Overview
In this role, you will learn, develop, and apply the full range of responsibilities of a Customer Experience Specialist Trainee, while consistently delivering exceptional service to help ensure Inchcape remains Australia’s most customer‐centric automotive retailer.
What You Will Do
Build strong product knowledge to deliver clear, informative demonstrations to customers. Explain product features and benefits effectively, using strong interpersonal skills, clarifying questions, and anticipating customer needs to build relationships. Provide high‐quality customer service for in‐store enquiries and support the team with questions about vehicles, aftermarket products, and financial services.
