Role Overview
As a Working Student in Global DEM Lead Management team, you will support global lead generation and demand management activities while helping drive process excellence and automation initiatives across a dynamic international environment.
What You Will Do
Support the implementation, operationalization and monitoring of optimized lead management processes with a strong focus on Automation and AI, own day-to-day lead flow activities, and maintain reports and dashboards.

Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in AI for Business, Economics, Digital Transformation, Informatics or a related field
- Experience in building or training AI agents
- Basic understanding of lead management processes including lead lifecycle management, lead scoring and lead routing
- Proficiency in Python and Microsoft Office applications
- Familiarity with Digital Marketing and Data Analytics with basic understanding in tools like Eloqua, Confluence and/or Tableau
Benefits
