Role Overview
The Business Development Executive will play a central role in building the commercial ecosystem for AUSREiiF, a major real estate investment and infrastructure forum. The role involves identifying prospects, responding to enquiries, developing opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients to help them achieve their strategic, commercial, and engagement objectives.
What You Will Do
The Business Development Executive will manage inbound enquiries, respond promptly and professionally to enquiries, prepare proposals, and manage opportunities through the CRM. They will also conduct email, telephone, and LinkedIn outreach, follow up consistently, and arrange meetings and sales conversations for qualified opportunities.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Experience with CRM software and data analysis
