Role Overview
The Country Manager will be responsible for defining and executing the UK growth strategy, developing key customer relationships, and ensuring the successful delivery of market intelligence, research, and consulting projects.
What You Will Do
The Country Manager will hold full P&L responsibility for the UK business, drive revenue growth and profitability, develop and implement the UK market strategy, and expand and strengthen relationships across the automotive aftermarket sector.

Requirements
- 8+ years’ experience within the automotive aftermarket, market intelligence, research, consulting, or information services
- proven track record of commercial growth and business development
- strong network across the UK automotive independent aftermarket (IAM)
- experience selling market intelligence, consulting, insight, or advisory-led solutions
- demonstrated ability to develop long-term customer relationships
- strong sales, negotiation, and account development skills
- experience managing business performance, budgets, and KPIs
- excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- strong analytical capability and comfort working with data and insight
- ability to transform customer needs into concrete business proposals and sales results
- experience leading and developing teams
