Role Overview
As an Associate Sales Manager, you will be responsible for growing Infosys’ BPO footprint in Japan, especially in the non-Procurement area. You will be involved in the entire sales process from lead generation through to contract closure. You will work on market/segment analysis and competitor analysis, creation and review of sales plans, account plans, and sales pipelines, and implementation review of sales plans and pipelines to identify leads and track their progress.
What You Will Do
Key responsibilities include business planning, sales planning and review, market development, customer prospecting, proposal preparation, negotiation and conclusion, contracts and MSA, account planning and review, and account mining.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in the BPO and/or ITO industries, excellent oral and written communication skills in both Japanese and English, and the ability to work in a team environment with various multiple stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent degree at an accredited institution
- Three years of professional experience in place of academic background
- 10+ years of experience in the BPO and/or ITO industries
- Japanese national or adequate working visa
- 5+ years of sales experience in the BPO industry (preferred)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in both Japanese and English (preferred)
- Willingness to travel to local areas as needed (preferred)
- Ability to work in a team environment with various multiple stakeholders (preferred)
- Business experience and motivation in global delivery environments (preferred)
