Role Overview

We are looking for a Sales Development Application Engineer to join our team at Innomotics. The role will involve studying and learning about the MV Motor and Drives market, and upon successful completion, the successful candidate will be placed in a Regional Account Manager role with responsibility for an assigned customer base.

What You Will Do

The position will involve studying and learning about the MV Motor and Drives market, and selling medium voltage motors, medium voltage variable frequency drive (VFD) technologies and services to End Users, OEMs, EPCs, and distributors.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, 2+ years of experience working in a sales role, and experience in the use of CRM tools to supervise selling activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
  • 2+ years of experience working in a sales role
  • Experience in the use of CRM tools to supervise selling activities
  • Basic working knowledge of integrated drive solutions (motor, drive, system solution, etc.)
  • Basic experience selling to large OEM’s and End Users
  • Basic understanding of the industrial vertical markets in pumps and compression
