Manager, Media Operations & Data Partnerships

Role Overview

Insurify is hiring a Manager of Media Operations and Data Partnerships to build the operational engine behind our growing media and data business. This person will work alongside Media Sales and Data Partnerships leadership to turn sold programs and approved partnerships into successfully launched, repeatable revenue.

What You Will Do

Coordinate campaign execution, drive audience and platform implementations, and create structure across complex workstreams. Monitor launch readiness, campaign delivery, tracking, and reporting; identify risks early and coordinate resolution across internal teams.

This role will report to the leader of Media Sales and Data Partnerships and work closely with Marketing, Product, Data, Engineering, Legal, Privacy, Finance, and Insurify’s core insurance marketplace.

Requirements

• 6 or more years of experience in media operations, advertising operations, programmatic media, platform operations, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience managing digital campaign execution or audience activation from planning through launch and reporting.
• Working knowledge of the programmatic ecosystem, including DSPs, SSPs, ad exchanges, identity platforms, data marketplaces, and audience onboarding.
• Experience working with first-party audiences, data onboarding, data licensing, or identity-based activation.
• A self starter with strong project management skills and experience driving complex initiatives across commercial, technical, legal, and operational teams.
• Ability to translate technical and operational requirements into clear plans and business recommendations.
• Strong analytical judgment, attention to detail, communication, and follow-through.
• A track record of creating structure and scalable processes in an evolving business.
