Requirements

• Professional in Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Systems Engineering, Statistics, or related fields.
• More than 3 years of experience in managing and optimizing conversion funnel management, data analysis, business intelligence, and development of strategies based on customer insights.
• Experience applying artificial intelligence in growth, marketing, or customer acquisition processes.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Intermediate knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, OKRs), Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Ads.
• Intermediate handling of prompting and AI-generated content.
• Basic knowledge of SQL.
