Role Overview

Manage a portfolio of enterprise-level customers, drive revenue growth, and ensure customer satisfaction through effective use of products and services. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless customer experience.

What You Will Do

Serve as primary point of contact for customers, develop and execute account plans, identify and address customer needs, and work closely with internal teams to resolve customer issues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years of experience in account management, sales, or a related field

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of SaaS business models and industry trends
  • Experience with CRM software and customer support tools
