The Business Development Manager (BDM) is responsible for driving new business acquisition, building strategic relationships, and closing high-value deals with global organisations.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or enterprise account management
- Proven track record of closing high-value deals, ideally with global organisations
- Experience working with multi-stakeholder sales cycles and senior decision-makers
- Strong CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (English C1+)
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills
- Highly self-driven, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Hunter mindset with a strong focus on new business acquisition
