AI Visibility and SEO Manager

Role Overview

The AI Visibility and SEO Manager is responsible for executing the day-to-day work that keeps Intuitive’s branded content discoverable, citable, and accurately represented across search engines and AI answer engines globally.

What You Will Do

Audit web content and content strategy for AI discoverability, implement structured data and schema markup, monitor brand and product visibility, and execute global content and schema standards.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in SEO, technical SEO, content strategy, and/or related digital marketing, brand or web role.
• Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to marketing and creative stakeholders.
• Experience working across multiple international markets and languages.
• Hands-on experience implementing structured data and schema markup (JSON-LD, schema.org).
• Familiarity with AI answer engines and frontier models, generative search behaviors, and how content is surfaced within them.
• Working knowledge of international and technical SEO fundamentals, including canonicals, crawlability, indexability, site architecture, and Core Web Vitals.
• Experience with SEO and visibility tools (e.g. Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, Semrush, Ahrefs, Conductor, and/or emerging AI-visibility monitoring tools).
• Basic HTML/CSS proficiency and comfort making structured-data edits within a CMS.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate visibility data into actionable recommendations for cross-functional teams to implement in marketing and creative processes.
