Role Overview

The Area Sales Manager oversees sales operations across multiple locations, developing and leading strategies to achieve revenue growth and profitability targets. This role provides strategic direction to sales managers and teams, fosters high-value customer relationships, and partners with leadership to drive business expansion.

What You Will Do

Oversees multi-location or area operations ($50M+ annual revenue) and leads multiple teams or sales managers with broad strategic influence. Develops and drives divisional or enterprise-level sales strategies, builds strategic relationships with key regional and national customers, and drives long-term growth, scalability, and organizational alignment.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of prior sales experience and construction background, with knowledge of building materials, and 2+ years of progressive leadership in the sales and marketing sector with a demonstrated record of successful sales.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Finance, Business, Marketing or related field required
  • 10+ years of prior sales experience and construction background required
  • 2+ years of progressive leadership in the sales and marketing sector with a demonstrated record of successful sales
