Global Marketing Director

Role Overview

The Global Marketing Director will lead the development and execution of the global commercial and brand strategy for Iqirvo, translating asset strategy, market insights, and customer needs into an integrated brand plan and lifecycle roadmap.

What You Will Do

Develop the global brand strategy for Iqirvo based on customer, patient, market, and competitive insights, and drive execution of global marketing priorities across the product lifecycle.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical industry in a marketing role.
• Demonstrated specialty care experience in highly competitive markets.
• Experience in rare disease.
• Global marketing and lifecycle management experience.
• Proven ability to work effectively across global and affiliate teams, balancing global consistency with local market requirements and adapting leadership style to the situation.
• Proven track record of marketing across multiple stages of a product’s lifecycle, including post-launch growth and optimization.
• Demonstrated experience leading global brand strategy and execution for an established specialty product, including affiliate enablement, performance management, and cross-functional delivery.
• Demonstrated commitment to working in accordance with company guidelines, industry standards, ethics and compliance requirements, and applicable SOPs.
• Ability to operate in alignment with global brand strategy and demonstrate ethical behavior.
• BA/BS in business or life sciences or related field
• Advanced degree; MBA, MS, PharmD, PhD, etc.
