CRM Administrator and Data Project Manager

Role Overview

The CRM Administrator & Data Project Manager is responsible for the administration, optimization, and evolution of the company’s CRM. He ensures the quality, governance, and exploitation of data, while managing projects related to tools, processes, and data valorization.

Administration and management of the CRM, pilotage de projets Data, reporting, and design of dashboards for business teams and management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, information systems, data, statistics, project management, or equivalent
• 2 to 5 years of experience as a CRM Administrator, Data Analyst, CRM Manager, or Data Project Manager
• Significant experience in transverse project management
• Knowledge of Veeva, Snowflake, Salesforce, and PowerBI solutions
