Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Lead

We are seeking a strategic and highly analytical FP&A Lead with over a decade of experience to drive financial excellence and business growth.

Requirements

• 10–12 years of progressive experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, or Management Consulting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics. MBA or CFA/CMA/CPA preferred.
• Strong understanding of ITOM and IT Infrastructure costs.
• Expert-level Excel and Financial Modeling skills.
• Proficiency with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or Workday).
• Familiarity with AI/ML applications in finance (e.g., predictive modeling tools or GenAI for data synthesis).
• Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills; ability to command a room of senior stakeholders.
