Role Overview

MTS is a leading global supplier of test and simulation systems. The Salesforce Administrator will provide end-user support, general administration of the Salesforce org, and assist with user training and reports & dashboards.

What You Will Do

Act as the primary Salesforce administrator for end-user support, manage user access and enhancement cases, and develop automated techniques to extract information for reporting purposes.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of relevant CRM experience, Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator Certification, and experience with third-party AppExchange Apps.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• 3-5 years relevant CRM experience
• Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator Certification
• Experience with third-party AppExchange Apps
