Executive – Business Development Operations (Hotels)

Role Overview

We are looking for a sharp, agile, and detail-oriented Business Development Executive to join our Hotels Supply Operations team. In this role, you will be the bridge between our Business Development Managers and our platform, ensuring that every newly contracted hotel partner is onboarded seamlessly and goes live with premium quality.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Supply Operations, Listing Management, or Business Development within the OTA or Hospitality industry
• Industry Understanding: A clear grasp of how hotel distribution works (OTA extranets, inventory management, and content standards)
• Agility & Ownership: A ‘get-things-done’ mindset with the ability to manage multiple property on-boardings simultaneously without compromising on detail
• Technical Savvy: Comfortable working with CMS tools, CRM software, and Excel for data tracking
• Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to effectively coordinate between internal teams and external hotel partners
