Role Overview
We are hiring a Sales Operations & Enablement Manager to be the connective tissue between our Sales, Marketing, and go-to-market teams. This is a hands-on execution role – you will own new seller onboarding, partner with Marketing to build tools and content reps actually use, and manage our end-to-end RFP process.
What You Will Do
Design, own, and continuously improve the new hire onboarding program for AEs, BDRs, and Sales Engineers – including structured tracks, milestones, assessments, and ramp benchmarks. Certify new reps on product knowledge, messaging, and sales methodology in partnership with Sales leadership.

Must-Haves: 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Enablement, or a closely related B2B SaaS role. Demonstrated experience building or managing a sales onboarding or enablement program. Strong project management skills – able to juggle multiple workstreams and deadlines.
