Role Overview
This role is responsible for driving the growth and development of JCB’s strategic account portfolio across the South-Central region. The Strategic Account Manager will play a critical role in expanding market share, penetrating key national and regional accounts, and strengthening long-term customer partnerships.
What You Will Do
Develop and execute a strategic account plan to drive revenue growth and increase JCB’s market share within assigned territory. Identify, target, and secure high-value national and regional accounts, with a focus on large contractors and enterprise customers.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in strategic account management, enterprise sales, or business development within construction equipment, heavy equipment, or related industries
- Proven experience managing and growing large, complex accounts or national contractor relationships
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets and driving market growth
- Strong experience managing full sales cycles (prospecting through close)
- Exceptional relationship-building and influencing skills, particularly at senior/executive levels
- Strong business acumen with ability to understand customer operations, financial drivers, and KPIs
