Requirements
- Previous Area Sales Management Experience of multiple regions with the JD Group
- Exceptional leadership qualities and experience of managing a large and diverse team
- Strong commercial awareness
- Strong communication skills in a variety of media and audiences
- A keen eye for financial results with the ability to analyse and interpret KPIs, identify potential risks to the business and offer solutions to mitigate against these
- Significant experience of creating and leading high performing teams to include all aspects of recruitment, engagement, performance & talent management
