National Sales Manager (Malaysia & Brunei)

Role Overview

Leads the commercial business of Cataract and Refractive businesses in Malaysia and Brunei. Defines the organization’s commercial business plan and ensures that annual operating plan and objectives are achieved.

What You Will Do

Establishes comprehensive business strategies, oversees all tactics, and ensures inventory levels are aligned with In-Market Sales. Anticipates market trends, implements necessary changes, and assesses market data to determine potential market growth opportunities.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Science, Bio-Science, Health-Science or Pharmacy
• At least 5 up to 10 years’ working experience in healthcare or ophthalmology industry
• At least 3 years in leadership role managing a team
• Working experience with distributors
• Excellent understanding of regulatory, QA and legal/policies/ environment relating to the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry
• Established network with relevant government agencies, key opinion leaders, Retail / Trade and Industry Associations and the respective Public Health Authorities
