Senior Business Analytics and Business Intelligence Developer

Role Overview

This senior-level position is dedicated to a Work Dynamics major Financial Service Account. The role is responsible for leading the development of advanced reports, interactive visualization dashboards, and data analytics solutions that enable client and JLL stakeholders to monitor performance and make strategic decisions.

What You Will Do

Design, develop, and maintain complex reports and interactive visualization dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, and other BI tools to reflect key performance metrics. Translate business requirements into technical specifications and scalable BI solutions.

The position requires 5 to 7 years of professional experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or related technical roles, with 3+ years of hands-on experience developing complex dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and/or Power BI.

Requirements

• 5 to 7 years of professional experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or related technical roles
• 3+ years of hands-on experience developing complex dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and/or Power BI
• 5+ years of experience working with MS SQL Server, including writing complex queries, stored procedures, functions, and performance tuning
• 2+ years of experience designing and implementing ETL processes and data integration workflows
• Demonstrated experience translating business requirements into technical BI solutions
