Requirements
- 1–3+ years of experience in sales development, business development, or outbound sales
- Proven ability to run structured outbound prospecting sequences
- Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce and sales engagement tools
- Strong communication, listening, and relationship-building skills
- Demonstrated persistence, resilience, and a results-driven mindset
- Good understanding of business structures, decision-making processes, and enterprise sales cycles
- Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced, and performance-oriented environment
- English proficiency required for global collaboration and communication
