Role Overview
This is a high-impact, senior individual contributor position focused on driving measurable revenue growth through data-driven demand generation strategies. The position plays a critical role in connecting marketing activity to pipeline performance through structured workflows, scoring models, and performance analytics.
What You Will Do
Own and optimize end-to-end email nurture programs, build and manage marketing automation workflows, oversee CRM operations, design lead scoring and account scoring models, leverage intent and enrichment data, and develop sales enablement assets.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, marketing operations, or growth-focused roles
- Strong hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent tools
- Proven expertise in marketing automation, segmentation, lifecycle management, and lead scoring frameworks
- Experience working with intent data platforms, enrichment tools, and ICP/TAL development
- Strong analytical skills with experience in GA4, BI tools (Looker, Power BI, or similar), and attribution modeling
- Knowledge of website tracking, conversion optimization, and A/B testing methodologies
- Strong copywriting skills focused on conversion-driven email and enablement content
- Experience collaborating with sales and marketing teams in B2B or enterprise environments
- Comfortable working independently in remote, async-first environments
- Familiarity with generative AI tools and ability to apply them effectively in marketing workflows
