Digital Marketing Manager

Role Overview

This role offers the opportunity to take full ownership of digital marketing performance across paid, organic, and website channels in a highly data-driven environment. You will be responsible for driving end-to-end campaign execution, optimizing conversion funnels, and improving overall digital performance across multiple platforms.

What You Will Do

Own and manage end-to-end digital marketing execution across paid media, organic channels, and website performance optimization. Plan, set up, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta platforms, YouTube, and other digital channels.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• 4–8+ years of experience in digital marketing or performance marketing roles
• Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and YouTube campaign management
• Solid knowledge of Google Analytics, conversion tracking, and website performance analysis
• Experience in conversion rate optimization (CRO) and landing page optimization strategies
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and work cross-functionally with technical and marketing teams
• Experience with WordPress or similar CMS platforms is a plus
