Role Overview

This role blends strategy and hands-on execution across SEO, paid media, email, and content marketing for a fast-moving, mission-driven tech product used by a highly engaged and technically skilled community.

Drive measurable growth in traffic, conversions, and user engagement across all digital channels, build and optimize campaigns end-to-end, and continuously improve performance through data and experimentation.

Requirements

• Proven hands-on experience managing digital marketing channels such as SEO, paid media, email, and content with direct ownership of performance outcomes.

• Excellent copywriting abilities tailored to technical or highly informed audiences, with the capacity to communicate clearly and effectively.
• Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar platforms).
• High level of autonomy and initiative, with the ability to prioritize and execute without close supervision.
• Experience working with technical, developer-focused, or open-source products is a strong plus.
• Familiarity with community-driven ecosystems or smart home technology is considered an advantage.
• Experience in remote-first, fast-paced environments where ownership of a full marketing function is required.
