Role Overview
This is an exciting opportunity for a results-oriented ecommerce professional to lead and accelerate marketplace growth on Amazon. In this role, you will oversee the full spectrum of Amazon account management, including marketplace strategy, content optimization, advertising performance, pricing, and operational excellence.
What You Will Do
Develop and execute Amazon marketplace strategies, manage and optimize all aspects of Amazon performance, serve as the primary point of contact for marketplace and vendor relationships, and oversee account health and compliance.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in ecommerce account management, digital marketing, or marketplace management, with direct Amazon experience required
- Demonstrated success managing and growing Amazon business performance through strategic merchandising, content optimization, advertising, and operational excellence
- Experience supporting global brands within ecommerce environments; B2B marketplace experience is highly desirable
- Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret performance data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable growth strategies
- Experience working with ecommerce platforms, content management systems, product information management (PIM) tools, digital asset management (DAM) systems, and marketplace technologies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools
- Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills
- Strong project management abilities with the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and highly collaborative, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
