Role Overview

This is a highly cross-functional brand marketing role focused on bringing cohesive, high-impact marketing initiatives to life across reputation management, creative asset development, digital PR, and customer advocacy programs.

What You Will Do

Manage online reputation activities, coordinate customer advocacy efforts, lead day-to-day project management for creative asset development, and collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to develop marketing assets.

Requirements

  • Experience coordinating cross-functional marketing initiatives and working with internal teams and external creative agencies
  • Strong understanding of brand consistency, messaging frameworks, and customer-centric marketing execution
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate ideas into clear deliverables and messaging
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret customer feedback, sentiment data, and campaign performance insights
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders, partners, and collaborators across different teams
  • High attention to detail, organizational discipline, and ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
