Role Overview
As a Marketing Operations Specialist, you will play a central role in ensuring the smooth execution of high-volume digital marketing campaigns within a performance-driven environment. You will coordinate campaign workflows, manage integrations, and support operational processes that directly impact publisher performance and client success.
What You Will Do
Coordinate and review external publisher email campaigns, support social media campaign execution, manage scheduling and communication of product updates, execute product updates, assist in onboarding new external publisher accounts, and contribute to the development of training materials.

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in operations, account management, marketing operations, or platform integrations
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools, particularly Salesforce
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical and non-technical requirements clearly
- Proactive mindset with the ability to identify issues, ask the right questions, and propose solutions independently
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with experience managing both short-term tasks and long-term projects
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, changing environment with shifting priorities
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and process accuracy
- Experience working with digital marketing workflows, tracking systems, or campaign operations is a plus
- Experience in affiliate marketing or performance marketing environments is considered an advantage
- Exposure to financial services, credit card, or banking industries is a plus
- Experience working directly with clients or external partners is beneficial
