Role Overview

What You Will Do
Design and execute regional marketing strategies to drive demand generation and support commercial growth objectives. Manage and track marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) in CRM systems, ensuring effective funnel progression in collaboration with sales teams.

Requirements

- Strong experience in demand generation, market intelligence, and sales enablement activities.
- Solid understanding of the biopharmaceutical and biosimilars ecosystem, including regulatory and operational environments.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (SFDC preferred) and funnel management processes.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate data into actionable marketing plans.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Ability to spend significant time in the field (approximately 50%) engaging with customers and markets.
