As a Sales Development Representative, you will be at the forefront of customer acquisition, generating new business opportunities through proactive outreach across phone, email, and social channels.

What You Will Do

Drive outbound prospecting activities across the Swiss market through cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn engagement to generate qualified pipeline. Identify, engage, and qualify potential customers while booking high-quality meetings for Account Executives.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to succeed in outbound prospecting using phone, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Strong commercial mindset with motivation to engage senior stakeholders and build new business opportunities.
  • Highly target-driven, with resilience and enthusiasm for achieving and exceeding KPIs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a structured and proactive working approach.
  • Team-oriented mindset with ambition to grow into more senior sales roles over time.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-energy SaaS or technology environment is a strong advantage.
