Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience with a strong track record of new business development
  • At least 1+ year of experience selling custom software, technical platforms, or professional services (non-off-the-shelf solutions)
  • 3+ years of experience selling into industries such as manufacturing, healthcare, construction/AEC, or financial services
  • Proven success in outbound prospecting and managing complex enterprise sales cycles
  • Strong consultative selling, discovery, and qualification skills
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, presentation, and negotiation abilities
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment with strong self-management skills
  • Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot or similar platforms
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies such as MEDDICC, Challenger, or Sandler is a plus
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to understand operational workflows in target industries
  • Ability to build credibility quickly with senior stakeholders and technical teams
