What You Will Do
Lead the strategic direction of pitches and RFP responses, develop full-funnel marketing strategies, and translate complex client challenges into clear, insight-driven marketing and growth strategies.

Requirements
- 10–12+ years of experience in media strategy, digital marketing, integrated marketing, or agency growth roles
- Proven success leading pitch and RFP strategy for enterprise-level clients
- Deep expertise across modern media channels, including digital, social, CTV, retail media, and AI-enabled marketing
- Strong ability to design full-funnel, omnichannel marketing strategies
- Exceptional storytelling, presentation, and executive communication skills
- Ability to connect media and marketing strategies to measurable business outcomes
- Strong cross-functional leadership and collaboration skills in high-pressure environments
- Deep understanding of the role of creative in driving marketing effectiveness
- High business acumen with strong strategic and analytical thinking
- Naturally curious mindset with a passion for innovation and industry trends
- Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders
