This senior leadership role sits at the core of new business growth strategy, responsible for shaping how complex, high-value opportunities are won through insight-led storytelling and integrated marketing solutions.

What You Will Do

Lead the strategic direction of pitches and RFP responses, develop full-funnel marketing strategies, and translate complex client challenges into clear, insight-driven marketing and growth strategies.

Requirements

  • Proven success leading pitch and RFP strategy for enterprise-level clients
  • Deep expertise across modern media channels, including digital, social, CTV, retail media, and AI-enabled marketing
  • Strong ability to design full-funnel, omnichannel marketing strategies
  • Exceptional storytelling, presentation, and executive communication skills
  • Ability to connect media and marketing strategies to measurable business outcomes
  • Strong cross-functional leadership and collaboration skills in high-pressure environments
  • Deep understanding of the role of creative in driving marketing effectiveness
  • High business acumen with strong strategic and analytical thinking
  • Naturally curious mindset with a passion for innovation and industry trends
  • Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders
