Role Overview
This role sits at the intersection of sales, product expertise, and technical consulting, supporting enterprise customers in understanding and adopting a leading platform for critical infrastructure management.
What You Will Do
Deliver value-based technical demonstrations to prospects, partner with Account Executives, translate customer business processes into tailored platform configurations, and configure and extend a Salesforce-based platform to meet prospect requirements.

Requirements
- Experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or technical pre-sales roles
- Strong ability to deliver compelling product demonstrations to technical and executive audiences
- Experience translating complex business processes into technical solutions
- Familiarity with Salesforce-based platforms or similar SaaS environments
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to learn new industries and adapt quickly to different customer contexts
- Problem-solving mindset with strong analytical and technical aptitude
- Experience working closely with Sales and Product teams
- Knowledge of enterprise software, SaaS, or infrastructure platforms preferred
- Ability to work in fast-paced, customer-driven environments
