Role Overview
As a Staff Software Engineer, you will provide hands-on technical leadership for a high-scale content platform powering customer-facing marketing experiences. You will help transform a sophisticated CMS and no-code ecosystem into an AI-driven, agentic platform capable of turning marketing briefs into campaigns in minutes.
What You Will Do
You will define and drive the technical vision and architecture for a large-scale content platform, lead the design and development of an agentic platform, architect and build scalable backend services, and drive initiatives across the full software development lifecycle.

Requirements
- 10+ years of hands-on professional software engineering experience
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline
- Deep expertise designing and developing backend systems using large-scale, service-oriented architectures and distributed systems
- Hands-on experience architecting and developing AI-powered or agentic systems
- Strong experience with Java and/or Kotlin, along with modern backend development practices
- Experience with technologies such as LangGraph, GraphQL, relational and NoSQL databases, Redis or comparable caching technologies, and microservice architectures
- Strong understanding of system scalability, reliability, availability, performance, and operational quality
- Ability to make sound architectural decisions while balancing technical excellence with product requirements, delivery timelines, and business priorities
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical initiatives spanning multiple engineering teams, departments, and senior leadership stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong mentoring and technical leadership capabilities
