Revenue Operations Analyst

Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Revenue Operations Analyst to join our growing Revenue Operations team in Hyderabad, India. The Revenue Operations Analyst will focus primarily on data management, process execution, system testing, reporting, commissions support, and maintaining the accuracy and reliability of our revenue operations processes.

What You Will Do

Maintain accurate and reliable data within Salesforce through bulk uploads, updates, corrections, and data cleanup. Perform recurring audits to identify missing, inaccurate, duplicate, or inconsistent CRM data. Execute account, contact, opportunity, territory, and ownership updates.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate has 2–3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a similar role and is comfortable independently owning recurring operational processes from start to finish.

Requirements

• 2–3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, or a related role
• Hands-on experience working with Salesforce in a Sales or Revenue Operations environment
• Experience performing Salesforce data imports, exports, bulk updates, and data cleanup
• Strong Excel and/or Google Sheets skills and comfort working with large datasets
• Experience creating and maintaining Salesforce reports and dashboards
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
• Analytical mindset with the ability to investigate discrepancies and troubleshoot operational issues
• Ability to independently manage recurring processes and meet deadlines
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple operational requests and projects
• Ability to document processes clearly and consistently
• Comfortable collaborating with colleagues across different teams and time zones
