Team Lead, Sales Operations

Role Overview

This is a hands-on leadership opportunity within a fast-paced managed IT services environment. The role combines team leadership with direct involvement in quoting, sales support, data management, and process coordination.

What You Will Do

Lead a sales operations team, train and mentor team members, manage quoting activities, produce and maintain sales data and reporting, and communicate with procurement, finance, vendors, clients, and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in sales operations, sales support, sales administration, coordination, or a comparable role
• Previous experience training, mentoring, supervising, or informally leading colleagues
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills
• Experience working directly with vendors, clients, procurement teams, finance teams, and sales stakeholders
• Strong knowledge of Excel, data management tools, and business intelligence or reporting platforms
• Experience maintaining sales opportunities and customer or order information in CRM, PSA, or similar business systems
