What You Will Do

Lead revenue growth initiatives, develop and execute sales and business development strategies, build and maintain client relationships, manage sales pipelines, and drive successful contract negotiations.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of direct experience within the utility industry
  • At least 5 years of experience selling UAS, drone, or technology-based services
  • Proven background in sales, marketing, and business development within a technical services or technology-driven organization
  • Demonstrated success selling complex, solution-oriented services to engineering, operational, or industrial decision-makers
  • Experience working with large industrial clients and navigating high-growth, performance-focused environments
  • Strong knowledge of CRM platforms and sales management processes
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and influencing skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking capabilities
  • Collaborative leadership style with the ability to foster a results-driven team environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Technical undergraduate degree preferred
  • Willingness and ability to travel more than 50% of the time
