What You Will Do
Lead revenue growth initiatives, develop and execute sales and business development strategies, build and maintain client relationships, manage sales pipelines, and drive successful contract negotiations.

Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of direct experience within the utility industry
- At least 5 years of experience selling UAS, drone, or technology-based services
- Proven background in sales, marketing, and business development within a technical services or technology-driven organization
- Demonstrated success selling complex, solution-oriented services to engineering, operational, or industrial decision-makers
- Experience working with large industrial clients and navigating high-growth, performance-focused environments
- Strong knowledge of CRM platforms and sales management processes
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and influencing skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking capabilities
- Collaborative leadership style with the ability to foster a results-driven team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Technical undergraduate degree preferred
- Willingness and ability to travel more than 50% of the time
