Role Overview

The Business Analyst – Student Accounts will support a shared service team within Johns Hopkins University’s (JHU) Office of Student Accounts and Enrollment Management (SEAM). The role plays a critical role in supporting the systems and technical operations of Student Accounts, with a primary focus on student billing systems, tuition calculation, system integrations, and related technologies.

What You Will Do

Responsibilities include researching and resolving billing and system discrepancies, troubleshooting technical and data issues, supporting system testing, and helping ensure the accuracy and reliability of technologies that support student billing, payments, refunds, collections, tax reporting, and other student financial activity.
