Inside Sales Specialist

Role Overview

Join our Fire Suppression team in an Inside Sales & Customer Support role focused on pricing, quotes, and CRM-driven sales activity. You’ll support outside sales by raising quotes, following up on quotes, and creating/managing opportunities in the CRM, while delivering excellent service to customers and resellers.

What You Will Do

Prepare pricing for quotes and respond to pricing inquiries from customers and resellers. Follow up on quotes to advance opportunities and convert quotes to orders. Assist outside sales teams by raising quotes in the CRM and creating new opportunities; maintain accurate opportunity records and stages.
