Role Overview

As a Key Account Manager, you will be the preferred contact person for clients, consultants, partners, and prospects. You will develop existing relationships and improve customer satisfaction, while actively prospecting new clients to maximize revenue growth.

What You Will Do

Your main mission is to manage and develop our portfolio of end customers, focusing on renovation projects and new maintenance contracts. You will achieve commercial objectives and company goals, manage the existing customer portfolio, and generate revenue growth.

Requirements

  • Technical profile: a specialization in control technologies (BMS), automation, and/or computer science
  • Commercial experience in the field of building management technology and/or fire safety
  • Good basic knowledge of computer science (hardware, networks, etc.)
  • Client-oriented and results-driven
  • Resistant to stress and capable of managing tight deadlines and ambitious objectives
  • Initiative and proactivity
  • Master Dutch both orally and in writing. Knowledge of French and/or English is an asset
