JoomPro is seeking a Sales Operations Team Lead in Brazil to oversee the sales workflow and ensure seamless post-sale deal management. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in B2B sales operations and a strong understanding of end-to-end workflows.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales operations
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and end-to-end workflows
  • Experience with CRM systems and Excel
  • Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making
  • Hands-on experience with post-sales process automation
  • Strong project management skills
  • Fluent Portuguese
  • Advanced English
