Requirements
- Graduate of any university degree
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in field sales operations, customer or account management, or B2B roles
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Strong commercial mindset with exposure to trade and financial planning, brand initiatives, and direct marketing (including consumer relationship management)
- Working knowledge of trade marketing and distribution planning to support market expansion and operational efficiency
- Familiar with tobacco industry regulations, external stakeholder engagement, and marketing standards
- Comfortable using MS Office applications and supporting operational processes
