Key Account Executive

Key Account Executive at JTI, working in Sales, responsible for account management, in-field executions, and compliance management. Supports KA Manager in developing Modern Trade Channel growth strategies and managing DSO operations with KA retailers.

Requirements

  • Graduate of any university degree
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in field sales operations, customer or account management, or B2B roles
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • Strong commercial mindset with exposure to trade and financial planning, brand initiatives, and direct marketing (including consumer relationship management)
  • Working knowledge of trade marketing and distribution planning to support market expansion and operational efficiency
  • Familiar with tobacco industry regulations, external stakeholder engagement, and marketing standards
  • Comfortable using MS Office applications and supporting operational processes
