This role involves managing day-to-day inquiries related to Salesforce, quote building, deal structuring, approval processes, and discount management. Work closely with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Customer Success teams to efficiently close deals that benefit both customers and Juniper Square.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Contract Management, or a related Cloud/SaaS environment
- Strong understanding of SaaS revenue models, pricing structures, and quote-to-cash (QTC) processes
- Collaborative, team-first mindset with a track record of building strong cross-functional relationships
- Exceptional attention to detail balanced with the ability to think strategically and see the big picture
- Clear, concise, and professional communicator with proficiency in Salesforce and CPQ
