MarTech & Data Analytics Manager

Role Overview

The MarTech & Data Analytics Manager will lead the development of marketing technology, analytics, and operational infrastructure across CFD and Crypto business lines. The role involves overseeing three key areas: Marketing Operations, Marketing Analytics, and MarTech/AI Automation.

The MarTech & Data Analytics Manager will be responsible for building a unified marketing analytics ecosystem, improving data accuracy, scaling marketing technologies, and automating operational processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of management experience in MarTech, Marketing Analytics, or Marketing Operations
• Experience working in a large, mature digital company with complex marketing infrastructure
• Proven experience managing multiple marketing teams through Team Leads
• Strong practical experience specifically in marketing analytics and marketing technology
• Deep understanding of MarTech infrastructure, CRM, and CDP platforms
• Practical experience with SQL, BigQuery, and Snowflake
• Experience with BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI and analytics platforms such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, or GA4
• Strong understanding of marketing attribution, S2S tracking, Conversion APIs, and MMP solutions
• Experience building and optimizing marketing processes, campaign workflows, budget tracking, and financial reporting
• Understanding of AI automation, API integrations, and tools such as Make and Zapier
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Upper-Intermediate English (B2) or higher
